Published pilot pricing where it fits. Scoped quotes where it does not.

For ambulatory surgery centers, independent dialysis clinics, and dental groups, Caseore offers fixed-price 60-day pilots with a published path to ongoing pricing. Laboratories are quoted per lab around compliance scope and operational scale. Health systems and multi-program enterprise deployments are scoped separately.

Replace paper requisitions, FTP uploads, and manual accessioning with one compliance-aware platform.

Caseore gives regulated testing labs one client portal, compliance workflow, and evidence record. Clients submit structured requisitions tied to the standards you test against. Your team accessions from an exportable file instead of transcribing paper. Results deliver automatically with trend reports, out-of-specification alerts, and a surveyor-ready audit trail.

Client requisition portal

Structured online requisition forms tied to the specific compliance standard each client tests against, from ST108 and TIR34 through dialysis, dental, and custom specialty programs.

Accessioning and results

Every requisition generates a LIMS-ready import file so the lab can accession from an export instead of re-keying paper, then deliver results with trend charts, threshold evaluation, and OOS alerting.

Client relationships and evidence

Client facilities manage their own user groups while every requisition, communication, and result stays attached to a defensible case record with audit history, survey exports, and historical trend context.

What's included

One annual platform fee. No per-case metering, no per-seat debates.

  • All compliance requisition forms configured for your lab's testing programs
  • Unlimited client facility users
  • LIMS export and result import workflows
  • Automated results delivery with trend reporting and OOS alerting
  • Client-side user group management
  • Full case management, communication, and deviation workflow
  • Compliance evaluations tied to the specific standard and revision
  • Audit logs, document storage, and evidence export
  • Collection kit logistics and shipping integration rolling out through 2026
  • Ongoing configuration support as standards revise

How this is priced

Caseore's laboratory pricing is quoted per lab, not tiered.

A typical lab with 4-7 compliance programs and a regional client network lands in a predictable range. We scope a fixed annual fee and a one-time onboarding around the real shape of your program.

Compliance programs

Each configured standard or specialty program brings requisition logic, test-panel mapping, threshold evaluation, result templates, and revision maintenance.

Operational scale

Quotes reflect the size of the client facility network, expected case volume, and how complex result delivery and trend reporting need to be.

Optional capabilities

Collection kit subscriptions and shipping integration roll into the platform scope, while postage and per-label handling pass through operationally.

Tell us what you test, which standards you support, and how requisitions reach your team today. We will come back with a scoped proposal.

Need enterprise pricing for a broader operational footprint?

Those deployments are scoped individually.

When the work spans multiple departments, multiple standards, or a large network of facilities, the right answer is not a single published number. We scope the workflow, rollout path, governance model, and support structure directly with your team.

Questions buyers ask before the pricing call.

Pilot-specific questions come first, followed by the operating and commercial questions laboratories ask before moving into a quote.

Is the pilot fee a deposit against ongoing pricing?

No. The pilot fee covers implementation, configuration, historical import, and training. Ongoing monthly pricing begins only if you continue after the pilot.

What happens if we do not continue after the pilot?

Your data is exported in a standard format and the deployment is decommissioned. No recurring charges and no penalty.

Can we add a second facility during the pilot?

Yes. The pilot is priced per scope, not per seat. Expanding during the pilot is treated as a scope change and typically adds time plus a prorated fee aligned to the ongoing site rate.

Do you charge per case, per requisition, or per result?

No. Caseore's laboratory pricing is an annual platform fee quoted per lab. There is no per-case metering, no requisition tax, and no result-delivery overage model.

What counts toward seats? Do client facility users count?

Client facility users do not count against seats. They are end users, not agents. Your lab-side team is covered within the scoped platform quote rather than through a per-seat add-on model.

If a standard changes, do we pay more?

Revision maintenance for standards already configured in your environment is included. Adding an entirely new compliance program is a separate onboarding scope, but routine revisions are not.

How does shipping work if we use collection kit logistics?

Postage passes through at the carrier's negotiated commercial rate and is billed separately from the platform fee, along with a small per-label handling fee for label generation, tracking, and reconciliation.

Is there a limit on storage?

Caseore includes generous storage and full audit-trail retention for normal laboratory usage. We do not meter routine storage, and we work directly with customers whose file profiles are unusually large.

What if we grow significantly or get acquired?

Normal growth in client facilities, case volume, or internal staff does not trigger mid-term repricing. Material changes in operational scale are handled as renewal conversations, not usage penalties.

What happens to our records if we leave Caseore?

Your account data is exportable in standard formats, including requisitions, results, case history, audit logs, and documents. Caseore retains records through the contractual and compliance-required retention window.

Tell us which operation you need priced.

We will show the fixed-start pilot path when it fits, or scope a larger multi-program deployment when your environment needs it.
